Who licenses the game

Ektequnst (Ugur Yildiz, Schalkenwerf 31, 4271 XT Dussen, The Netherlands) licenses FeudalSim to you. Questions about this license go to hello@uguryildiz.nl. Account rules, conduct, content, termination, and liability are in the Terms of Service. If this license and those terms ever disagree about the account, the terms win.

What you may do

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to open the FeudalSim website and play the game in a browser, for yourself. You do not receive ownership of the game, its art, its text, or its software. You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian's consent, the same threshold as the terms.

What you may not do

You may not copy the game to sell it, scrape it with bots, or break it so others cannot play. Those limits are the same ones in the terms. Words you post stay yours, and the license you already grant in the terms still applies to them.

Law

This license is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, as the terms are. For EU consumers, mandatory local consumer protection laws may still apply. We may end the license when the terms allow the account to be closed.
